Dan Elmore

Business Development Officer

MBA, 7, 66, APMA

Daniel Elmore grew up in a small, rural town in south-central Kentucky, where he shared his childhood with his younger brother in a close-knit community filled with family and neighbors.

After high school, Daniel pursued his education, earning a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University in 1996 and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2001. He spent the next two decades in the pharmacy field, moving to Fort Lauderdale in 2004 to work in various pharmacy settings. Although still a licensed pharmacist, Daniel has since transitioned out of the profession and into the finance world.

In 2020, Daniel made a career change and returned to school, earning his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Nova Southeastern University in 2021. He then joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative, where he was fortunate to be mentored by Benjamin Kapusta, who became both a boss and a friend. As their practice grew, so did Daniel’s responsibilities. He now serves as Chief Investment Officer and Financial Professional.

Daniel lives in Wilton Manors with his husband and their beagle, Daisy Mae. His hobbies include weightlifting, cycling, woodworking, and music, and he plays clarinet with the South Florida Pride Concert Band.

Daniel leverages his life experiences and knowledge to provide valuable insights and guidance to his clients.
